I was on the Board Staff at 33,
an Executive at 34 –
and an Executive Director at 38.
Despite numerous offers from the industry, the only next logical step for me: To deliver maximum performance as an Interim Manager for special assignments. I always bring the desire for challenges, curiosity, and performance with me to my clients’ projects.
Performance Mindset.
High performance sports in the State squad during my youth solidified this mindset. Before studying business, I went through basic training with the crisis response forces. Here, the skills I developed in sports to react quickly, purposefully, and proactively to unpredictable situations, and to deliver top performance even under high pressure, were solidified
Vita.
I have been working for renowned German companies for more than 20 years, including 15 years in management positions. My focus is on field service & sales. The experience I have gained in the future-oriented telecommunications industry can verifiably be applied to other sectors.
Whether as an interim manager or on a career path: I have a proven track record in implementing new business models and growth strategies. I was directly responsible for up to 300 employees and provided functional guidance for up to 1,000 employees.
